We process and ship orders from our Hong Kong warehouse Monday-Friday. Transit time does not include processing time.

If your shipment takes longer than estimated, we will let you know via email and make every effort to complete your order as quickly as possible.

 

Delivery
Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only.  gallivantdesign.com is not liable or responsible for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, inclement weather, payment approval and other such matters.

We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.

If a shipment is refused from gallivantdesign.com or recipient does not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to gallivant.

This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 

Taxes & Duties
Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details and estimated costs. Please note that if taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, it will be your responsibility to cover these fees for shipping to proceed. International destinations are subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause a delay in the original estimated delivery timeframe. 

In the event, the order is returned, taxes / duties and all import fees cannot be refunded

Orders are shipped via our preferred couriers: FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS for deliveries depending on final destination

 

Order Tracking:
Track your gallivant order using your order number, email or tracking number. Alternatively, you can track via the shipping confirmation email with link to respective carrier.
